When walking into spoon stable I instantly wanted to pull out my phone and capture the perfectly Pinterest worthy environment. With an open floor plan, and generously sized windows, you are certain to have quality light no matter where you are dinning. As we start to set up for our shoot and interview, Gavin is intensely working on his tablet. I am almost scared to approach him for I never want to disrupt an artist at work. Luckily, he promptly looks up and greets us with an easygoing head nod. His eyes, say welcome, while his stature means business. Therefore, we hop right to it, touching up his hair and making sure he is picture perfect for his close-up.

As hair and makeup sweep Gavin away, the rest of the team and I venture throughout the dinning room, devouring the modern aesthetics. In the front you will find a large bar brimming with a substantial variety of elegant liquors. With cozy seating outlining the bar, and a seasonally opened garage style door it is the perfect transition from happy hour festivities to romantic walks exploring the city.

Further in there is a floor-to-ceiling glass paneled wine cellar, with a wine list featuring over one hundred and fifty selections to choose from, you are certain to find a wine curated for your palette. Dining surrounds the cellar with an intimate setting, making your dinning experience one-of-a-kind, every time you dine.
