Since I am claiming 2019 to be the year of gratitude, I have put together a 30-day challenge, helping you experience gratitude every single day throughout the month of January. Day 1: What happened today that brought peace in your life? How did it bring you peace?

Day 2: What technology are you most grateful for? How does it bring happiness into your lifestyle?

Day 3: What kind of food or are you most grateful for, bringing you comfort?

Day 4: What memory in life are you most thankful for, reminding you of joy?

Day 5: What item in your home relieves stress? How does it relieve stress?

Day 6: What aspect of nature do you love? Why does that part of nature bring you peace?

Day 7: What book impacted you the most? Why did it make such an impact?

Day 8: What movie brought a new sense of purpose to you after watching? Why was that movie so inspiring?

Day 9: Where have you traveled that made an impact on your life? Why was that place so special to you?

Day 10: What opportunities from your childhood are you happy you experienced? Why were those experiences necessary?

Day 11: What lesson did you learn as a child that you still use as an adult? How has this lesson changed your lifestyle?

Day 12: Who in your life, are you most grateful for? Why are they so important to you?

Day 13: What season brings you the most peace? What about the weather or temperatures helps?

Day 14: What rejection from your past, helped mold you into the person you are today?

Day 16: What artist, musician or band helped you through your most difficult times in life? What about their music was helpful?

Day 17: What about your day job, do you enjoy the most? Why is that your favorite part of your job?

Day 18: What personality trait do you love about yourself? Why do you think that is your best personality trait?

Day 19: What item in your household did you splurge on? Why was it worth every penny?!

Day 20: What are you most grateful in your daily life?

Day 21: Good things come in small packages, what item do you love and use that came in a small package? How does this item help you in life?

Day 22: Which Holiday throughout the year is your absolute favorite? Why is that Holiday so special to you?

Day 23: What use for your phone do you appreciate the most? Why is that your favorite feature?

Day 24: What aspect of social media do you love? What about that aspect brings happiness in your life?

Day 25: List five reasons why you love where you live, and explain why.

Day 26: What is you favorite type of meal and why do you enjoy that meal so much?!

Day 27: What about your country do you appreciate?

Day 28: What charity or non-profit are you excited exists? Why is that charity/non-profit so important to you?

Day 29: What specialized skill do you have that you are blessed with? Why is this skill important in your everyday life?
