Mental Health: 30 Days of Gratitude

Since I am claiming 2019 to be the year of gratitude, I have put together a 30-day challenge, helping you experience gratitude every single day throughout the month of January. Share your challenge on social media and be sure to tag The Volk (@thevolkmagazine)! Not only will I enjoy seeing all that you are thankful for, but your stories will also help other readers experience gratitude as well. Now enough of the chit-chat, let’s dive right into the 30-day gratitude challenge!

** For the best results, grab a notebook and pen and use this opportunity to create a gratitude journal, that you can look back a reread in the future! **
