beauty TREND ALERT: Center Part

Forget about the side sweep; now is the time to part your hair straight down the center. Alexander McQueen owned this look on the runway having all of his models rock a sleek center part that was split into braids. He wasn’t the only designer loving the center part trend. Both Missoni and Carolina Herrera featured models with the center part. Even menswear designer Etudes had a few of his male models slicked with a center part. If this doesn’t tell us that the center part is in, then I don’t know what will. This spring have fun with the naturally minimalist look and try parting your hair down the center. Add some feminine touches by accessorizing with chunky statement earrings or keep things a little more Bohemian with layered necklaces. Either way, the center part has definitely found a way into my heart.
