When The Volk and Threads for Teens partnered at the end of 2017 it was a match made in heaven. The Volk is a local fashion magazine with heart on a mission to spotlight contemporary fashion and beauty while raising money and awareness to mental health. While Threads for Teens, is a non-profit Organization that helps underprivileged teen girls with their confidence and self-esteem through fashion by providing them with brand new on-trend outfits. When the two companies partnered, putting together a fashion show was an absolute given.

Our goal is to help bring confidence to all women and girls no matter their ethnicity, marital status, sexuality, religion, occupation or living situation. Women have been and will always be stronger together, and this event is certain make us one step closer.
